Terms of Use

These terms explain the rules for using Downloora cloud downloads, private storage, browser playback, and paid plans.

Accounts

You must be legally able to use online services in your location and at least 13 years old, or older if your local law requires a higher age for online services without parental consent.

When you create a Downloora account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.

Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission or if your credentials have been compromised.

Acceptable Use

You may use Downloora only for lawful downloads, storage, streaming, and file management. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights needed to fetch, upload, store, stream, or download any file through the service.

You may not use Downloora to store, distribute, request, or process malware, exploitative material, non-consensual intimate content, child sexual abuse material, or content that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

We may suspend or remove accounts, downloads, or files when we believe the service is being abused, used unlawfully, or used in a way that harms other users, infrastructure, payment providers, or third parties.

Copyright Policy

Downloora is a user-directed cloud download and storage tool. You must not use it to infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other third-party rights.

Rights holders may contact [email protected] with a notice identifying the allegedly infringing material, the rights at issue, contact information, and any other information required by applicable law.

We may remove access to files and may terminate repeat infringers where required by law or where continued use would create legal or operational risk for Downloora.

Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

Some Downloora features may require a paid subscription. Subscription plans, storage limits, download limits, pricing, and renewal periods are shown during checkout or in your account billing area.

Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel through billing settings when available or by contacting [email protected].

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Failed payments, chargebacks, or payment disputes may limit access to paid features until resolved.

Refund eligibility depends on the refund policy shown at checkout or required by law. If you have a billing problem, contact [email protected] so we can review it.

Your Content

You keep ownership of files, URLs, metadata, and other content you submit to Downloora. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You grant Downloora a limited license to fetch, store, copy, transmit, transcode, display, stream, and otherwise process your content only as needed to provide the service, operate infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, comply with law, and enforce these terms.

This limited license extends to service providers we use for storage, compute, delivery, payments, email, analytics, security, and similar operational needs, only to the extent necessary for them to support Downloora.

Cloud Downloads and Storage

Downloora may fetch files from magnet links, torrent files, public media URLs, or other sources you provide. We do not guarantee that every source will be reachable, downloadable, streamable, or compatible.

Downloads may fail because of source availability, network conditions, file size, quota, third-party restrictions, provider limits, or software errors. We may retry, pause, cancel, or reject downloads to protect the service.

Storage quotas and active download limits may apply. Files may be removed when you delete them, close your account, exceed limits, fail to pay for paid features, or violate these terms.

Streaming, Transcoding, and Playback

Downloora may generate previews, stream files, or create adaptive video versions to make playback easier. Playback quality and availability depend on file type, device support, browser support, and service capacity.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to stream, cast, view, or download the files in your account.

Third-Party Services

Downloora relies on third-party services and open-source tools for payments, email, object storage, media inspection, media downloading, torrent transfer, infrastructure, and similar functions.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, files, trackers, payment networks, storage providers, media hosts, or tools that are outside our control. Their own terms and policies may apply.

Security

We work to protect Downloora, but no internet service can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure or always available.

Do not attempt to bypass limits, probe private systems, access other users files, interfere with service infrastructure, abuse signed URLs, scrape private data, or reverse engineer private service controls.

Service Changes

We may add, change, limit, suspend, or remove features at any time. This includes download engines, supported media sources, pricing, storage limits, active download limits, streaming behavior, and available plans.

Where practical, we will try to give notice before material changes to paid plans take effect, but urgent security, legal, infrastructure, or abuse-related changes may happen immediately.

Termination

You may stop using Downloora at any time. You should download files you want to keep before deleting files, cancelling paid features, or closing your account.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, misuse the service, create legal or security risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the service in a way that harms Downloora or others.

After termination, your right to use the service ends. Content may be deleted from active systems and backups according to operational, legal, and security needs.

Disclaimers

Downloora is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted service, error-free operation, permanent storage, successful downloads, compatibility with every source, or that the service will meet every need.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and course of performance.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Downloora and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of files, profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

This limitation applies to claims arising from use of the service, inability to use the service, third-party content, unauthorized access, service interruptions, downloads, storage, streaming, billing, or account actions.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Downloora, its operators, service providers, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
